Hector Armando Kellum, Sandoz’s former US VP of business contracting and analytics, has avoided jail time for his role in a US conspiracy to fix prices, rig bids, and allocate customers for generic drugs.
Kellum was sentenced to one year of probation and fined $20,000, which is due immediately, on 15 May by the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
