NEUTROGENA'S DOMESTIC SALES DROP 17.4% IN THE FIRST QUARTER (ended Jan. 31) to $46.6 mil., due to "a significant shortfall" in sales of the body and shower care lines, and lost shipping and selling days resulting from the extreme cold weather in the East and Midwest, the company said Feb. 16. U.S. sales accounted for approximately 77% of consolidated sales, which were down 13.6% to $60.7 mil.
