SCHERING-PLOUGH PHARMACEUTICAL PRESIDENT CONKLIN TO HEAD OTC GROUP under a top-level management reshuffling announced July 7. Effective Sept. 1, Schering-Plough Exec VP Donald Conklin, 57, who has directed the company's worldwide prescription drug business since 1986, will become president of Schering-Plough HealthCare, replacing David Collins. Schering-Plough HealthCare's brands include Coppertone, Shade and Tropical Blend sunscreens and Dr. Scholl's foot care products.
