Cosmederm Technologies: Signs licensing agreement with Collagen Corp. for use of its Cosmederm-7 anti-irritant ingredient in a line of dermatologically positioned AHA products. Collagen is planning to introduce Refinity Medical Solutions in early 1998, with products including a purifying cleanser, protective toner, rejuvenating lotion, cream and hydrogel. Cosmederm said Collagen was interested in Cosmederm-7 as a "highly effective" suppressant of "stinging, burning, itching and inflammation." Terms of the deal were not disclosed...
