Cosmetics Virtual Makeover: Interactive CD-ROM allows consumers to experiment with new looks, colors and products on a head-and-shoulder photograph of themselves or a picture of a model, the computer software company SegaSoft Networks said. The Redwood City, Calif.-based company has joined forces with Cosmopolitan magazine to publish the software program, with which consumers can create 150 makeover options. Currently, the program features Procter & Gamble's Cover Girl lipstick, blush and eyeshadow. To keep up with current color trends, SegaSoft will offer additional makeup selections that can be downloaded via a Web site. Print ads promoting the CD-ROM debuted in October beauty books including Cosmopolitan, Elle, YM and Seventeen. Virtual Makeover costs $39.95 at computer software retailers...
