Nautica Sails Into New Ownership Under French Fragrances

Nautica has new ownership under French Fragrances as part of the Miami-based firm's purchase of the principal assets of Paul Sebastian. The deal, announced Jan. 21 after several months of discussion, brings the seven-year-old prestige designer fragrance brand alongside French Fragrances' own high-end offerings, which include Geoffrey Beene, Ombre Rose, Salvador Dali and Halston.
