Acquires Nautica fragrance and beauty product global license under agreement announced March 30. New product development will be headed by Unilever's Home and Personal Care division. The designer had been shopping the license around following Paul Sebastian's purchase of inventory and distribution rights in January ("The Rose Sheet" Jan. 25, p. 10). Existing scents include Nautica (1992), Nautica for Women (1997) and Nautica Competition (1997).
