Fragrance Ingredient Labeling Proposals Await EU Member States Vote

European Union member states will soon face a vote on whether to accept voluntary or mandatory ingredient labeling on fragrance packaging, European Commission DG Enterprise & Information Society Cosmetics Administrator Lars Norgaard said at Colipa's Information Day Nov. 18.
