Dial Acquires Revlon's $53 Mil. Plusbelle Hair Care Line

Revlon is selling a second piece of its Latin American business portfolio, Plusbelle value-priced shampoos and conditioners, to Dial for $46.5 mil. in cash under an agreement announced March 29. The deal is scheduled to close early May.
