Chinese Cosmetics Market Predicted To Grow 15% Yearly After Deregulation

China's new cosmetics regulations and expected increased exposure to foreign trade will allow the country's cosmetics industry to grow 10%-15% annually, French trade association Federations des Industries de la Perfumerie CEO Alain Grange-Caban predicted.
