CTFA Withdraws Opposition To California Animal Testing Bill

California animal testing legislation passed the Senate Judiciary Committee April 25 after the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association and the bill's sponsors came to an agreement on outstanding issues. The trade group announced its decision May 3.
