Milk Collection will be expanded with foot products, shampoo and conditioner in spring 2001, the Los Angeles company says. Foot-pampering items include soak, sloughing cream and massage cream. The products are derived from the same non-fat dry milk-based formula as the rest of the collection and likely will be available in the same three fragrances, Milk, Oat Milk and Rice Milk, for $15 to $18. Archipelago products are sold at Henri Bendel, Bliss Spa and soon will be available at Sephora Rockefeller Center
