Cosmetics FY 2001 Spending Budget Flatlined At $5.2 Mil. Under FDA Bill

FDA's Office of Colors & Cosmetics' approximate $5.2 mil. budget for fiscal 2001 will be supplemented by a $20 mil. allowance for renovations to a Los Angeles research facility that serves as a pivotal testing lab for imported products, including cosmetics.
