Site pretest planned for the summer. Lauder, Chanel and Clarins partnered in July to recreate the beauty site after Lauder purchased gloss.com in April (1"The Rose Sheet" July 31, 2000, p. 3). Development and coordination of specialty-designed retailers' e-commerce microsites, stores-within-stores, also will launch in fall, firm adds. Lauder individual brand sites' databases continue to grow, with five of the nine, including maccosmetics.com and origins.com, offering e-commerce capabilities
