Fragrance "Allergic Reaction" Warnings Approved By EU Committee

Allergic reaction warning labels for 26 fragrance ingredients identified as allergens by the EU's Scientific Committee on Cosmetic Products and Non-Food Products were adopted as part of the Seventh Amendment to the Cosmetics Directive by the European Environmental Committee in Brussels March 20.
