Estee Lauder International Group President Shearer To Join From L'Oreal

Estee Lauder has named Philip Shearer to the new position of International Group president, effective Sept. 1. The appointment completes the top management quartet of Lauder's revamped global brand structure, announced May 17 (1"The Rose Sheet" May 21, p. 6).
