Vera Wang: Print ad campaign supporting premiere fragrance unveiled by licensee Unilever Prestige Jan. 22. Created in collaboration with ad firm Badger, Kry & Partners (New York City) and inspired by bridal gown designer Wang, print ads featuring models Vivien Solari and Jason Elliott emulate images from a wedding album, firm says. Shot by Paolo Roversi in Paris, one ad features a veiled woman "looking longingly into her future" and the other is of a couple "passionately embracing." Twenty-five million ads with scented strips will break in March books including Vogue, Vanity Fair, Elle and Allure (11"The Rose Sheet" Dec. 10, 2001, p. 7). Vera Wang prestige fragrance is slated to bow stateside in February in 63 Saks Fifth Avenue stores before rolling out in April to additional doors...
