French Pharmaceutical company forms Pierre Fabre Dermo Cosmetique USA subsidiary to acquire Genesis Pharmaceutical and C&M Pharmacal, marketers of Glytone and Wellskin skin care lines through dermatologists, firm announces Oct. 2. Acquisition is first step in Pierre Fabre's dermo cosmetic strategy in the U.S., company adds. FTC Consumer Privacy Policy Driven By ‘Straw Man’ Arguments – Commissioner Holyoak
