Aramis president: Fabrice Weber to president of Estee Lauder's Aramis and Designer Fragrances division effective Jan. 1, overseeing Aramis, Lab Series for Men, Tommy Hilfiger, Donna Karan, Michael Kors and Kiton brands. Exec, who has worked for Lauder since March 2001, previously served as VP and general manager of firm's worldwide travel retail business. He succeeds John Karp, who is leaving the company, after heading the Aramis division since its inception in 2002. Weber will report to Group President Patrick Bousquet-Chavanne.
