CIR Develops “Boilerplate” To Fill Ingredient Usage “Gaps”

The Cosmetic Ingredient Review Expert Panel has developed a "boilerplate" to add to the discussion section of ingredient reports when it is unclear exactly how the substances are used in products. The panel outlined the concept during its June 13-14 meeting
