Senate Approps Bill Presses FDA To Implement OTC Sunscreen Rule

An amendment to the Senate version of FDA's 2006 spending bill introduced by Chris Dodd (D-Conn.) urges the agency to publish UVA guidelines under the OTC sunscreen final monograph in the coming year
