Jean-Andre Rougeot is appointed CEO of Benefit Cosmetics, effective immediately, niche beauty firm announces Sept. 20. Rougeot replaces former CEO Diane Miles, who left the company earlier this year. The exec comes to Benefit from Diam International, where he has served as chairman and CEO since 2003, firm notes. Prior to that, Rougeot was chair of Coty Cosmetics. The exec is a "born leader in the true sense of the word," according to co-Founders Jean and Jane Ford. "He's tremendously authentic. He sees our brand exactly the way we do and he has the energy and passion to bring Benefit immense success in the future"...
