L’Oreal recall
French beauty firm has initiated a voluntary recall of the L'Oreal Paris Dream Blonde (Baby's Breath Blonde #100 Ultra Lightening) Bleach and Lightening care kit, sold from Jan. 1-18, according to Jan. 18 release. Recall follows a consumer complaint that the hair bleach caused irritation. Firm cites error in the printing of the product's directions-for-use as reason for possible irritation or sensitivity resulting from improper use. All retailers have been notified and the product has been removed from store shelves.
