Brazilian Blowout Sues Oregon OSHA For Misleading Test Results

Alleging “false and misleading test results” and “unlawful, defamatory, damaging and misleading actions,” the parent company of Brazilian Blowout has filed suit against Oregon’s Occupational Safety & Health Division and the state’s Center for Research on Occupational and Environmental Toxicology.
