USDA Labeling Program Opens Door For "Biobased" Personal-Care Certification

Beginning later this month, personal-care marketers will be able to pursue a label identifying their product as "USDA Certified Biobased" under a final rule issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Jan. 20.
