"Many" REACH Dossiers Had Quality Problems In 2010, Says ECHA

"Many" of the REACH dossiers evaluated by the European Chemicals Agency in 2010 had "at least some quality problems," but they should not be considered representative of all submissions received by the Nov. 30, 2010 deadline, ECHA says.
