Safe Cosmetics Act Will Take Small Business Out Of The Game, Group Says

Rep. Jan Schakowsky, D-Ill., is billing the Safe Cosmetics Act of 2011 as friendly to small businesses, but a group of small business owners have come out against the legislation, maintaining it will do more harm than good.
