Athena Cosmetics plans to appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit after a U.S. district court in California enjoined Athena from marketing or selling its RevitaLash Advanced Eyelash Conditioner product in the U.S., the firm announces March 7. Though RevitaLash will not be sold in the U.S. for now, Athena will continue to sell the product in international markets. The firm notes it “strongly disagrees” with the court ruling.
