CIR Looks To Boost Program’s “Credibility And Visibility” Worldwide

During the Sept. 9 meeting of the Cosmetic Ingredient Review Expert Panel, CIR Director Lillian Gill said the group’s goals include improving the quality of its scientific reports and strengthening its brand. The panel issued six final ingredient reports at the meeting.
