Contract manufacturer Sensible Organics recalls Nourish Organic facial skin-care items due to potential contamination; Revlon's "Almay Simply American" marketing comes under fire for alleged deception. More news in brief.

According to FDA's enforcement report for the week of May 20, Beaver Falls, Pa.-based contract manufacturer Sensible Organics, Inc. is conducting a voluntary recall of all lot codes of Nourish Organic Face Lotion and Nourish Organic Face Cream because products may contain mold. Products were distributed nationwide and to Canada through wholesale and retail channels and via sales online. No illnesses have been reported in connection with the contamination, the report says.
