The skin-care market has seen the proliferation of offerings touted as addressing individual needs, but the same level of customization should be available in hair care, according to ProfilePRO, newly launched from QVC founder Joseph Segel. Meanwhile, consumers interested in creating their own signature fragrances have another option with the U.S. debut of UNIQUE Fragrances.
