Cosmetic Ingredients Up For European Review Under ECHA's Draft CoRAP

Carbon black, vinyl acetate, benzaldehyde and isononyl isononanoate are among new entries to the European Chemical Agency's Community Rolling Action Plan for 2016-2018, issued in draft form at the end of October. The plan specifies member states charged with ingredients' review and target years for evaluations, which could lead to restrictions down the line under the EU's REACH program.
