Sweden's Trimb Grows European Offering With BioClin Acquisition

Trimb has snapped up Netherlands-based BioClin and gained a portfolio of consumer health brands based on a patented ingredient for the treatment and prevention of microbial complaints.

Sweden’s Trimb Healthcare has expanded its consumer health portfolio by acquiring for an undisclosed sum Netherlands-based BioClin and its range of “all-natural brands” to treat microbial imbalance. It is Trimb’s second deal in as many months, following its acquisition of a portfolio of skin-care products from CSS Healthcare Nordic in November.

Describing BioClin as a “leading intimate health company”, Stockholm-based Trimb said it had gained a portfolio of “well known brands”, including Multi-Gyn, “a leading intimate product line treating vaginal discomforts”,
