Biden Nominates Anti-Trust Expert Khan To FTC

President Biden nominates Lina Khan for one of two FTC commissioner seats he will fill. Khan currently is a Columbia Law associate professor, teaching and writing about antitrust law, infrastructure industries law and the antimonopoly tradition.

An anti-trust expert known to Congress as a critic of giant internet companies is President Biden’s nominee for a Federal Trade Commission member after previously serving at the agency as a legal advisor to a former commissioner.
