Much tighter restrictions on the sale of CBD supplements in the UK are imminent with the Food Standards Agency due to publish a public register of products which can remain on shelves.

Companies that continue to sell CBD supplements not included on the register – which will comprise sub-lists to distinguish between those that are linked to validated and pre-validated novel food applications – run the risk of committing a criminal
