Perrigo Company plc appoints Charles Atkinson as general counsel following his career at Haleon plc and its prior parent, GSK plc, most recently as Haleon’s interim general counsel.

The Dublin-based firm on 4 September said Atkinson, also appointed as an executive vice president and as secretary, has nearly 25 years of experience,
