AstraZeneca is to move to new premises in London, relocating its headquarters from Stanhope Gate, Mayfair, to smaller, less expensive offices in Paddington. The company has signed a lease for 50,000 ft2 of space in the still to be completed Two Kingdom Street, Paddington Central, and plans to move in next year. Its current offices are around 60,000 ft2.
