Vivimed attracts $28m private equity to fund expansion

Vivimed Labs, an Indian specialty chemicals and pharmaceuticals manufacturer and exporter, has raised Rs1.27 billion ($27.6 million) via a preferential offer to the private equity investors Jacob Ballas and Kitara Capital.
