Oxis Biotech, a subsidiary of Oxis International, has appointed of Steven Weldon chief financial officer, chief accounting officer and a member of its board of directors.  A certified public accountant licensed to practice in the state of Florida, Mr Weldon has more than 15 years' experience working with public and private firms.
