PERTH, Australia - A plan by Thailand's new Public Health Minister Chaiya Sasomsab to review the country's policy on compulsory licensing for four cancer drugs has stalled again after three ministry officials said the policy could not be revoked, the Bangkok Post reported Feb. 20
