An over-the-counter drug deal between India's JB Chem and U.S. drug maker Johnson & Johnson to sell products in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States appears to be unraveling. Last year, JB Chem signed an OTC agreement with Cilag GMBH International, a J&J subsidiary, but in the interim the firms have disagreed over financial details of the agreement. JB Chem said it viewed the agreement to mean it was selling its OTC business in Russia and CIS for a stated amount, but has yet to receive that amount. (Click here for more
