March—Aushon BioSystems (microarray instruments used in biomarker research) has closed its $14mm Series B venture round. The first tranche brought in $7.5mm in December 2007 and now its second raised $6.5mm from lead backer North Bridge Venture Partners (the company's sole institutional investor).
