June—23andMe (genetic testing) has raised $12.6mm of a proposed $24.3mm Series B venture round. There were two investors--Google invested $2.6mm and Sergey Brin, one of the Internet company's founders and husband of 23andMe co-founder Anne Wojcicki, provided the rest.
