COVID-19 and the related lockdown has sharply curtailed pharma’s face-to-face interactions with healthcare professionals. Boehringer Ingelheim India managing director Sharad Tyagi shares insights on the “extraordinary surge” in the usage of digital platforms during these challenging times.
