The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director Anthony Fauci’s talk with BIO CEO Michelle McMurray-Heath in a plenary devoted to COVID-19 vaccines turned to a discussion of “faith” after she raised the hot-button subject of price controls and asked if such measures would hurt his ability to partner with the private sector to bring vaccines to market.
