An 8-K filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission has pulled back the blinds on the deal Moderna, Inc. reached to supply the US with its COVID-19 vaccine mRNA-1273. On 11 August, the company announced it had signed a deal with the US Department of Defense to provide an initial 100 million doses of the vaccine for $1.525bn.
