Olafsson appointed Hikma chief

Former Teva and Actavis generics chief Siggi Olafsson has been appointed as chief executive officer of Hikma. He succeeds chairman and chief executive Said Darwazah, who will continue to chair Hikma’s board of directors, taking on the title of executive chairman.
