Mylan barred by UK on Tecfidera appeal

Mylan has failed to persuade UK Administrative Court Justice Michael Supperstone to refer a dispute over its attempts to file for generic Tecfidera (dimethyl fumarate) to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
