MS Pharma Acquires Genepharm In Expansion Push

MS Pharma, a leading generics company in the Middle East, has announced an agreement to acquire Greece-based Genepharm as part of an expansion drive into Europe and farther afield.

MS Pharma, a family-run generics firm operating across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa, said it has struck a deal to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of Greek drugmaker Genepharm. The company called the acquisition an “important milestone in our growth plans.”
