Neuraxpharm Buys Glenmark’s Polish CNS Assets

Glenmark’s Jacek Sawicki Becomes Neuraxpharm’s Poland Manager

Neuraxpharm has struck a deal to acquire Glenmark’s CNS portfolio in Poland. As part of the agreement, Glenmark’s Jacek Sawicki has been named as general manager of Neuraxpharm Polska and will lead a business that now incorporates Glenmark’s CNS commercial team.

Central nervous system specialist Neuraxpharm has struck a deal with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals to take ownership of its Polish CNS portfolio, as well as incorporating the Indian firm’s “sizeable, established commercial team in Poland.” Financial terms were not disclosed. 

As part of the agreement, Neuraxpharm has also named Glenmark’s Jacek Sawicki – who has served as country manager for Glenmark Poland since 2017 – to become general manager of Neuraxpharm Polska from 1 April
